These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WorkPlay Timer mobile application ("App"), developed by Serhan Gürakan ("Developer," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

WorkPlay Timer is a personal productivity tool that helps you balance work and leisure time through a timer-based system. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the App's backend systems.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Premium Subscriptions

The App offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase, as provided by the respective store.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
• Free features: Core timer functionality (work, play, and idle tracking) is available free of charge. Premium features include unlimited quests, unlimited penalties, custom Work:Play ratios, and weekly and monthly statistics.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Serhan Gürakan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serhan Gürakan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of productivity.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
